Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note CITY REQUIREMENTS REG Permit #: REG2022-00022 Maximum Occupancy: 10 individuals total (7 adults max, including infants). Adding guests after booking will incur an additional guest fee. Minimum Night Stay: 3 nights Parking / Maximum Vehicles: 2 vehicles max in the driveway only (fits 2 minivans). Do not block the sidewalk. No parking on public streets. RVs and trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Outdoor areas, including the pool, patio, garage, and game rooms, are off-limits during these hours. Compliance: Guests must adhere to all city requirements. Violations may result in fines, civil actions, or criminal prosecution. Booking Restrictions: We reserve the right to decline requests that leave 2-day gaps in the calendar. Pre-Arrival Requirements: Guests must complete a rental agreement. Approximately two weeks before arrival, a pre-arrival email will be sent with the property address and a unique door code. Extended Stays: Reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Holiday Stays: Check-ins or check-outs on major holidays may incur an additional cleaning fee. Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent. STR Rules Deposit: All reservations are subject to a $500–$700 STR Rules Deposit hold to ensure house rules are followed and protect the property.
