Fairy house with games and investigations

Playful house with a long-lasting fairy escape game for adults (5 hours of play on average) on the theme of magic, a treasure hunt for the little ones, many games (arcade, board games, PS4, dance mat, karaoke...), and a world for children with its imitation games. You will be immersed in a magical and enchanting atmosphere because in this house we believe in magic! The space GROUND FLOOR: - Entrance to the living room with foosball. - Dining area in the same room. - Semi-open fitted and equipped kitchen. - Back kitchen with washing machine. - Bedroom 1: 'The Fairy Room' with 1 Double bed (140). - Bedroom 2: 'The scientist's room' with 1 double bed (140) and desk. - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet (2 steps to access it). The floor: - Bedroom 3: 'Titania's room' with a double basket bed (140) on a raised platform, and a single bed (90), as well as a children's armchair. The sauna is in this room. - Bedroom 4: the dream hut, which is located on the mezzanine, above the children's world and contains a single bed (90). - Bedroom 5: the bedroom perched on the mezzanine (not closed), above the game room, with a double bed (140 mattress on slatted bed base) and its own TV. It is obscured by curtains. The 2 beds, in bedrooms 4 and 5, are accessible by a spiral staircase, located in the game room. A wooden walkway connects them. - One bathroom with balneo bath and toilet. - The games room with a large children/adult area and the children's world which contains an armchair that can be transformed into a bed for 1 person. THE SURVEY: Queen Titania and the magical objects of the Enchanted House have disappeared. Without its queen, the Enchanted World will gradually fall into chaos. As long as the objects are not found, magic will cease to exist. Your mission during the stay: find Titania and the magical objects to restore order and unmask the person responsible for this chaos. GAMES: board games, toys, children's DVDs, books, foosball, air hockey table + pool table + ping pong (multi games), electronic pinball machine, digital piano, PS4, 'Pac Man' arcade game terminals, Atari Legacy and Marvel, frog tape, dance mat, karaoke station, wheel of fortune. Accommodation also equipped with a spa bath and infrared sauna. Outdoor Flower garden of 1000 m². School of Wizards (chalet converted into a classroom with a slightly magical atmosphere). The upper part of the garden is not fully fenced. Equipment: - Charcoal barbeque. - Games: 'taps', play area (swings and slide). HOT TUB It is available from June until mid-September, if the weather remains mild. It is inaccessible in case of rain because it is located outdoors. LOCATION . The house is directly accessible at exit #18 of the A6 motorway. . It is not in a secluded place, so you have to respect the neighborhood and parties are prohibited. We ask tenants to not make noise outside after 10pm (lively discussions, music). . There are no shops around the house or in the village. So a vehicle is absolutely necessary for groceries. . For bread, there is a vending machine in the center of the village, 3 km from the house. All shops available in Joigny, 14 km from the house. Drive possible. . Hilly, partially forested landscapes. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - The wood burning stove is functional. We provide wood for a flat fee of 30 euros for the weekend. This amount includes the stove cleaning time, after checkout. Please let us know before your stay if you would like us to prepare some for you. - House decorated for the Christmas holidays, the last 2 weeks of December. - NOTE: the house has different levels and steps to access some rooms. Guest access I will welcome you on arrival, unless I am unable to do so, in which case I will notify you. You will receive directions on the morning of your arrival. Please note that there is an Intermarché 'drive' in Joigny, 14 km from the house. Other things to note - The beds will be ready for your arrival. However, the baby cot is to be installed by you, if you need to use it. - Towels are provided. - Also provided: dishwashing liquid, sponge, dish towels, household cleaner. - Available for check-in: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets. Please note: we do not provide these items for the duration of the stay. - Available for little ones: a high chair, a bath seat, a booster seat, a changing mat, a safety barrier at the top of each staircase. - For coffee, there is a Senseo and a filter coffee maker. - Other items: Cookeo, raclette, large pierrade, fondue, outdoor barbecue. CLEANING PACKAGE Mandatory, it is included in the rental amount. Thank you, however, for keeping the space clean and tidy during your stay, everything is available in the house for this. Before checking out, you will also need to make sure that all dishes are clean and tidy, put objects and toys back in order, and clean the barbecue. A checklist is available in the accommodation.
