Magical and playful house, with treasure hunts

Would you believe me? This house is inhabited by enchanting fairies! Their influence is felt everywhere and, if you open your eyes wide, you will find traces of their magical and playful activities in every room. The house is lived in, discovered and searched. It invites you to immerse yourself in a cocooning atmosphere, a little magical. You can search for treasure and go in search of magical objects, solving fairy puzzles. The space This is an old house, nestled in a green setting, which is suitable for up to 10 people. It offers a neat decoration and an abundance of games for young and old. Some magical challenges, the discovery of secrets, the children's world... help make it a unique place. Note: The house has differences in levels and steps to certain rooms. Layout of the ground floor: - Entrance to the living room with foosball. - Dining area in the same room. - Semi-open fitted and equipped kitchen. - Back kitchen with washing machine. - Bedroom 1: 'The Fairy Room' with 1 Double bed (140). - Bedroom 2: 'The Savant's Room' with 1 double bed (140) and desk. - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet (2 steps to access it). Upstairs: - Bedroom 3: 'The relaxation room' with a double recycle bed (140) on a raised platform, and a single bed (90). A driver that can accommodate a child is available, for an extra bed. The sauna is in this room. - Bedroom 4 consists of 2 beds on the mezzanine: The perched bedroom with a double bed (140 mattress on slatted box spring) and its own TV. It is hidden by curtains. . 'The room in the clouds' with 1 single bed. The 2 beds are accessible by a spiral staircase, located in the games room. A wooden walkway connects the 2 mezzanines. - Bedroom 5: the children's castle, which is located in the games room. It contains a single bed (90). The walls of the castle are made of wood. Its door and window close by curtains. - One bathroom with balneo bath and toilet. To take care of the inside: board games, toys, children's DVD, books, foosball, air hockey table + billiards (multi games), electronic pinball, mini ping pong, digital piano, PS4, arcade game terminals' Pac Man 'and Marvel. Accommodation also equipped with a spa bath and infrared sauna. Outdoor Flower garden of 1000m2 entirely dedicated to guests. Sorcerer school (chalet converted into a classroom with a slightly magical atmosphere, to discover). The upper part of the garden is not fully fenced. Equipment: - Charcoal barbeque. - Games: 'taps', play area (swings and slide). HOT TUB It is available from June until mid-September, if the weather remains mild. It is inaccessible in case of rain because it is located outdoors. LOCATION . The house is directly accessible at exit #18 of the A6 motorway. . It is not in a secluded place, so you have to respect the neighborhood and parties are prohibited. We ask tenants to not make noise outside after 10pm (lively discussions, music). . There are no shops around the house or in the village. So a vehicle is absolutely necessary for groceries. . For bread, there is a vending machine in the center of the village, 3 km from the house. All shops available in Joigny, 14 km from the house. Drive possible. . Hilly, partially forested landscapes. OTHER INFORMATION - The wood burning stove is functional. We provide wood for a flat fee of 30 euros for the weekend. This amount includes the stove cleaning time, after checkout. Please let us know before the stay if you would like us to prepare for you. - House decorated for the Christmas holidays, the last 2 weeks of December. - Note: This is an old house with different levels and therefore steps. Guest access I will welcome you on arrival, unless I am unable to do so, in which case I will notify you. You will receive directions on the morning of your arrival. Please note that there is an Intermarché 'drive' in Joigny, 14 km from the house. Other things to note - Beds are ready for your arrival. On the other hand, the crib is to be installed by you, if you have to use it. - Towels are provided. - Also provided: dish soap, sponge, dish towels, household cleaner. - Available for check-in: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, 2 tablets for the dishwasher. Please note that we do not provide these items for the duration of the stay. - Are available for little ones: a high chair, a bath seat, a chair booster, a changing mat, a safety gate at the top of each staircase. - For coffee there is a Senseo and a filter coffee maker. - Other items: Cookeo, raclette maker, large pierrade, fondue maker, outdoor barbecue. HOUSEHOLD PACKAGE Required, it is included in the rental amount. However, please make sure to keep the accommodation clean and tidy during your stay, everything is available in the house for this. Before departure, it will also be necessary to ensure that all dishes are clean and tidy, put objects and toys back in order, clean the barbecue. A 'checklist' is available in the property.
