Welcome to our tropical Vacation Home ! My family lives in Oregon for the last 15 years, but our true passion of hot sand and breezy beach bring us to Melbourne. We are very excited to share our new vacation home with you and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do. We are always available to make your stays most comfortable and help you explore the areas and the beaches to the fullest ! The space This house has everything you need for your dream tropical beach vacation. Paradise in your own backyard ! Stylish, beautiful spacious completely remodeled 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house with pool and fully equipped kitchen, brandnew bedding & furniture. Our home is located in a safe, convenient and quiet neighborhood. It is tucked away just 2 miles from Indian River fishing pier/boat launch & less than 5 miles to beach access! It is perfect for family or friends traveling together while having access to amenities our home offers. Enjoy Florida outdoor living with magnificent, professionally designed backyard filled tropical and vacationing feeling. Unwind your stress by soaking into the pool or taking a sip of champagne from the tiki bar. SECURITY& SAFETY: - For your security, we have installed 3 exterior cameras (front, sides, backyard) and a doorbell. The backyard camera is by pool storage but it is not being monitored. For your PRIVACY, there is NO camera inside the house. In addition, we have motion sensing system and smart lighting around the house - The pool is not childproof so please supervise your children at all time. Guest access Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital keypad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security. Guests will have access to the entire house, front yard, backyard and driveways Other things to note - We do have Landscaping come once a month on the 1st Monday of the month. - Pool services will come once a week (Wednesday between 8-10 am). They will be entering by the walkway by the west side of the house. - Our housekeeping will come at 11am. Please be on time to departure from the home, if you have super early take off please let us know.
