Gather in the living room for a movie night, stay up late over board games in the lounge, then sleep soundly in one of the seven comfortable beds. The villa offers a variety of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, plus a dedicated private workspace, perfect for teleworking. You’re sure to make unforgettable family memories within these walls and outside in the private, fully-fenced-in backyard oasis! Make it a cookout, and grill burgers under the stars as you lounge poolside while the kids splash away in the huge pool. Guest access Enjoy access to the entire private home, including the two-car garage and the spacious backyard and pool. Plenty of garage and driveway parking is available to easily accommodate your vehicles. Other things to note Weather permitting, the pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday (if the weather does not allow, it will be cleaned the next day). Additional pool cleanings are available upon request with at least 24 hours notice for an additional $50. Please note that the pool is not heated. We are also happy to offer a host of additional amenities upon request with at least three days advance notice before your arrival. A minute noise device is located in the central living area to monitor the noise level. Please note that this does not record any sounds and simply helps us ensure we are maintaining a respectful noise level for our surrounding neighbors.
