The Space:

Welcome to the beautiful Oak Manor! Retreat from the hustle and bustle of every day life to our hidden manor tucked away in the fully treed area of Woodmoor,

PATIO DECK:

Enjoy peaceful, Colorado evenings grilling out and sitting around the outdoor dining set on the spacious deck or roasting s'mores as an evening treat! Our propane fire pit set and grill are always ready for you, year-round!

LIVING ROOM:

Enjoy your favorite streaming services on our large 55 inch Smart TV from the comfort of the oversized sectional couch! Whether you're cooking in the kitchen or posted up at the large dining room table, there's no bad view of the TV!

KITCHEN:

You will not be disappointed for lack of anything you may need to make a full meal in the spacious, granite, wrap-around kitchen! You'll find the kitchen has every major appliance as well as so many small appliances that make cooking any type of meal a breeze!

GAME ROOM:

Enjoy taking your skills to the table! Ping Pong is fun for all ages! Have a blast bringing out your inner competitiveness!

BEDROOM 1 (main level):

Unpack into the wardrobe and unwind after a full day of excitement in the ultra comfortable Queen bed with fresh, crisp linens!

BEDROOM 2 (upstairs):

Enjoy the luxurious Queen bed with plenty of space to unpack and unwind! Right off the bedroom, enjoy waking up and walking out onto the adjoining balcony with the other Queen bedroom upstairs!

BEDROOM 3 (upstairs):

Kick back and relax in the Queen bed with plenty of space to unpack and unwind! Right off the bedroom, enjoy waking up and walking out onto the adjoining balcony with the other Queen bedroom upstairs!

BEDROOM 4 (upstairs):

This Master Bedroom is the ultimate retreat after a long day of adventures! Complete with a dedicated desk for those last minute work items, a Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows, a beautifully tiled fireplace, private balcony, and it's own on-suite bathroom, you will love turning in for the evenings early if you so choose! The spacious bathroom is complete with an anti-fog & lighted vanity mirror, double vanity, large walk-in closet, toilet room, and the most incredible double shower with all of the natural lighting you could hope for!

BEDROOM 5:

Enjoy the flex room right off the master bedroom separated by 2 large barn doors! This room has 2 twin daybeds for the additional sleeping arrangements and a pack n play with sheets to keep your little one close!

BATHROOMS:

We have 2.5 bathrooms for use! There is a half bath on the main level and 2 full bathrooms on the upstairs level (1 attached to the master bedroom and 1 near the 2 Queen bedrooms)

KIDS:

We happily provide a pack n play, the sheets, and a high chair as well for all of our guests which we keep available in the unit at all times! Traveling with little ones can be tough enough trying to remember all the little things 😅

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have access to the entire house except the basement unit, which we rent out separately with it's own private entrance!

The Neighborhood:

Our home is wonderfully hidden in the neighborhood of Woodmoor! Only minutes away from I-25, restaurants, grocery store, and shopping, you will find this fully treed area so peaceful and welcoming!

Getting Around:

Not too far away and you can easily find yourself in the heart of Monument, CO, at the entrance of USAFA, or on I-25 which can quickly take you up to Castle Rock and Denver, or down into the heart of Colorado Springs!

Other Things to Note:

We rent out the basement unit separately which has it's own private entrance!
