The space Welcome to the serene Oak Hills Clubhouse, a spacious home designed for relaxation and connection. While you’ll enjoy private access to the main levels of the house, please note that the basement unit is rented separately, with its own private entrance. 🛋️ Cozy Living Room Kick back on the oversized sectional and stream your favorite shows or movies on the 55-inch Smart TV. Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Another spacious Queen bed with balcony access, shared with the adjacent Queen bedroom, perfect for savoring the outdoors. Bedroom 4 (Upstairs - Master): The ultimate retreat with a dedicated desk, Roku TV, tiled fireplace, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom featuring an anti-fog vanity mirror, double vanity, walk-in closet, toilet room, and a stunning double shower. Bedroom 5 (Adjacent to Master): Flex room separated by barn doors with two twin daybeds for additional sleeping arrangements. 🛁 Bathrooms Enjoy the convenience of 2.5 bathrooms during your stay. A half bath is located on the main level for easy access, while upstairs includes two full bathrooms: one attached to the master suite and the other near the Queen bedrooms. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire house except the basement unit, which we rent out separately with it's own private entrance! Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
