The space Sunshine State of Mind is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with water views. There are two spacious living rooms on the main floor. Each living room equipped with smartTV/ Roku. (no cable) Netflix, and Fubo provided. Complimentary WIFI. Open kitchen located on main floor is fully equipped with oven, microwave, Keurig, toaster, blender, crockpot etc. Master bedroom had King sided bed with in suite bathroom. Spare bedroom 1 has Queen sized bed and set of bunk beds. Spare bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized bed. Outside has large dock with covered 12k boat lift. The short canal leads directly into Pine Island Sound and in 10 minutes you are in the Gulf or enjoying the shell filled beaches of Sanibel Island , Captiva, Cayo Costa or Fort Myers beach. Life here includes pristine beaches, world class fishing and incredible native wildlife all are sure to enjoy. Home is located close to marina to make fueling up the boat a breeze. Restaurants and live music are a short car ride, bike or golf cart ride away.
