Relax On the first floor you’ll find a beautiful open floorplan with an abundance of natural light and elegant features. There is plenty of seating for the entire family on our brand-new sectional with queen sized sleeper, making it easy to gather and relax. At night, utilize the smart TV to plug into your favorite streaming services and take advantage of Wi-Fi throughout the house. Out back you will find all new patio furniture and a gas grill, the prefect spot to enjoy golf course and bay views. Dine Making your meals is a breeze in this updated kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, stocked cabinets, generous granite countertops and extra storage space are just a few of the features of this wonderful kitchen. The dining table seats 6, plus 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar and another small card table that seats 2 to 3 in the stairway alcove overlooking the golf course. Rest This home was designed with everyone’s needs in mind, including a first floor bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The upstairs master is a beautiful space with large windows perfect for gazing out at the golf course landscape. Outfitted in white linens, the king size bed is the center of this tranquil room. No master suite is complete without a private bathroom, including a double sink vanity, walk-in closet and a custom designed walk in shower. The second guest bedroom is also located upstairs. It has two double beds, a study area and a large full bathroom with an abundance of closet space. Finally, on the first floor is a beautiful guest bedroom, with a queen size bed, in-suite bathroom and ample closet space. Play Whether you’re looking for a day at the beach, poolside relaxation, or respite at home; we have the essentials to meet your needs! A complimentary 4-seat golf cart is included as well as extra beach chairs guest's may borrow if available. Finally, the free Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around. Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, there are 2 pools available. The closest is on Audubon Drive, between Augusta and Sandestin Estates. The other, brand new, Resort Pool for guests is located at the intersection of Heron Walk Drive and Baytowne Avenue. Other amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts, of which 11 are clay and 4 are lighted for evening play; biking; hiking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; miniature golf; fabulous restaurants; unique shopping; and an array of additional activities await you. Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. Please note, in addition to the nightly rate, there is a $210 Departure Clean, $69 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $50 Reservation Fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
