This true log home has all of the amenities for modern day living including a fully stocked kitchen, dining room table, kitchen island seating, 2 living areas and plenty of outdoor space for all of your entertaining needs. Have your meals on the covered deck that spans the length of the house, while enjoying the spectacular views of the lake. The 2 main bedrooms are lakefront for those mornings you just want wake up and enjoy the views of the calm water through the oversized windows. Find your ideal sleep number in the master king bed with dual zoned Sleep Number Mattress. The third bedroom has full size over full size bunk bed with an attached half bath. If you need additional sleep space add the "bunkhouse" for an additional $89 per night and sleep 3 additional people. The house and dock face west for the most stunning sunset views. For indoor living there are two family spaces with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. This well known lake has something for everyone. On deep, big water you can bring your boat and jet skis and tie up to the dock, which is located 200 yards from the Twin Bridges Marina that has a public boat ramp. (Due to bridge clearance, you will need a collapsable ski tower or be able to lower the bimini to fit under the bridge. If they can not be lowered you will use the boat ramp at the Oconee National Forest, located directly across the lake from the house.) Onsite Pontoon Boat rental just inquire. Just 15 minutes from Milledgeville you will find all the conveniences for everyday living including shopping, antiquing, grocery stores and dining. There are also golf courses, boat and jet ski rental, tennis and pickleball courts a short drive away. If water activities are your thing, you are just steps away from deep, open water to enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, or enjoy the paddle board and kayak that are provided. After a fun day on the lake, relax and unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a beverage by the fire-pit, then go inside and stream your favorite movie or TV show on one of the 5 big screen TV's. Also, new this year, there is a newly constructed outside shower. Well behaved dog less than 45lbs are allowed with $75 non refundable pet fee.
