Description
Imperial House is an apartment spread over two floors, a ground floor and a basement. Perfect for a family group it is located in a prime position on the promenade in Peel, Isle of Man with spectacular views of the seaside and Peel Castle. Just across the road is Peel beach, a family favourite for those warm summer days, who flock to the nearby ice cream parlours and eateries. The owner lives in the apartment above who is on hand for help and advice. The space The apartment features a spacious lounge area with lovely views out to sea and across the beach. Two bedrooms are also on the ground floor. Head down the stair case into the basement you will find the kitchen, and an additional bedroom. The basement does benefit from some natural light from small windows contained within. Holiday Let Features Ground Floor Lounge area: TV, DVD player, electric fire, sofa and three chairs and dining table with space for six. Bedroom: King-size zip-link bed which can be converted to twins, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe. Bathroom: Jack and Jill style. Bath with shower overhead, WC, basin and cabinet. Courtyard: A lovely sunny patio area complete with garden furniture and space for parking. Basement Kitchen: Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe Bathroom: Bath with handheld shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail General Parking: Private parking space provided. Changeover Day: Flexible. Arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am Pets: Pets not accepted Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair available. Shop: 0.1 ml Pub: 0.1 ml Accessibility: Imperial House is split over two floors, the basement and the ground floor. The ground floor contains two bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge area. Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver.
