The design also includes a hidden laundry room with a storage area. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. PARKING: Parking is available on the street rather than the driveway, with a guaranteed spot in front of the gate to the home. Additional street parking available if necessary. THE DRIVE: Super easy, flat and safe road to get to the house! The home is close to freeway on-ramps. INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor living space is fully fenced and features a gas fire pit, string lights, and a spacious patio table. BEDROOMS: There is 1 bedroom, featuring one queen bed. There is also a twin air mattress available. Total accommodations can sleep 3 guests. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil SECURITY: A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property. RENTAL AGREEMENT: All guests will be required to sign a standard rental agreement for the duration of your stay. You will have access to the entire home as well as the outdoor living space. Please note, the surfboards and Nespresso machine have been removed from the residence.
