Choose our 6 person Group pack The space Gadd Spring Inn is a +140 year old historic home located on Main Street in the heart of Eureka Springs. The home is divided into 3 separate Suites. The largest being Garden Suite taking up the entire 2nd floor of the home. Park Suite and Main Street Suite split the square footage of the 1st floor of the home. All Suites have their own private outside entry door and a common interior hallway with door access for each Suite. This access allows for groups to interact and also provides access to our "Grotto” where the Gadd Spring is located. On the exterior of the home, each Suite has it's own deck or porch to take in the views during your stay, and includes a beautiful two tiered garden, and charming City park next door. This property has stairs and uneven and sloped areas. Please consider this if you have mobility issues. Also, there are 3 available Suites, so if you haven’t booked all 3 Suites, it is possible that other guests will be staying at the Inn during your stay. Book 1, 2, or all 3 Suites. Our 6 person group pack has a discounted rate for all 3 Suites. Guest access Guests staying in the Garden Suite have access of the entire 2nd floor, the 2 upper decks and the garden area. There is access to Main Street via the outdoor stairs from the upper level Suite for easy access to historic downtown. The off street parking spot for the Garden Suite is located on the upper level of the Inn and allows easy access to your private entry door. Note: The parking area is slightly sloped and accommodates one car. It is accessed by steep narrow streets typical of Eureka Springs. Other things to note Staying as a guest at the Inn includes access to our "Grotto" , a separate room and common area of the home where you will be able to see one of the natural Springs of the Eureka Springs area. “Gadd Spring" is located inside the Gadd Spring Inn making the property one of the most interesting places to stay in Eureka Springs.
