The space Our home currently has electrify, wifi, gas & clean water. It is 40 minutes outside of Asheville, accessible by road and sleeps 12-16 people comfortably. Please inquire about booking! THE HOME This one-of-a-kind, incredibly private home has been completely renovated to feature high end fixtures and finishes throughout. With hardwood floors on the main level, an amazing custom kitchen perfect for entertaining, and a wine refrigerator, you’ll be sure to wow your guests at this executive mountain retreat. You can hang out in the phenomenal sunroom and fire up the gas fireplace when the weather dips down! Get ready for a vacation you’ll never forget. Master Bedroom Suites 1 & 2: On the main floor, you’ll find 2 of the 3 master bedroom suites with exquisite furnishings and adjustable beds that offer customizable sleep positions. What’s unique about 2 of the 3 suites is that these have jacuzzi tubs in the attached bathroom, in addition to oversized showers. Master Bedroom Suite 3: The third master bedroom suite is on the main floor, and also includes high-end furnishings and an adjustable bed with customizable sleep positions. The ensuite bathroom has an oversized shower and a heated towel rack. Bedrooms 4 & 5: The remaining two bedrooms have cozy furniture and adjustable beds with customizable sleep positions. Bathrooms: There are 6 bathrooms, all with heated towel racks. 2 of the bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs and oversized showers, and the rest have full size showers or tubs. Main Level Kitchen: The large kitchen includes cooking supplies, such as pots and pans. It’s the perfect place to cook a meal to entertain guests. Guests will also have access to store wine in the wine fridge. The kitchen also has an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. Lower Level Kitchen: There is a second kitchen on the lower level that has granite countertops and custom cabinets. Living Room: The living room boasts an open floor plan with an oversized fireplace to cozy up after a day of outdoor adventures. Just outside of the main living room is a secondary lounging area, which has another fireplace and breathtaking views of the nearby mountains. The huge great room has beam accents and custom built-ins! Sunroom: Cozy up next to the gas burning fireplace in the exquisite sunroom.
