Well Water Details: The home operates on well water, and on rare occasions, you may notice a faint sulfuric smell. Rest assured, the water is meticulously filtered, clean, and entirely safe to drink. Our Neighbor has Roosters: Our thoughtful provision of sound machines in each bedroom ensures a peaceful night's sleep, even with nearby roosters. Relax and unwind without any disruptions from our feathered neighbors. Occasional Hunter Sounds: While infrequent, you may hear distant sounds of hunters. Please be aware of this possibility as you enjoy the tranquility of our rural surroundings. Water Access: Please be aware that you must go down multiple staircases to access to the water, and this may not be suitable for young children or individuals with difficulty navigating stairs. Limited Parking: Parking is available for a total of three cars. Two in the carport and one additional car in front of the house. Please plan accordingly and make the most of our cozy accommodations.
