Villa Morocco is a beautiful Mediterranean villa set in a panoramic, sea-view location at only 1500 mt from the beaches & at 7km from the highway, so convenient for visiting the tourist towns. The villa is divided into 3 independent apartments, each with space and privacy. Le Palme is composed of: living room, kitchen, passage, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, large covered patio with garden furniture, panoramic roof terrace. It has: outdoor shower, masonry barbecue, covered parking inside the property. The space The completely independent apartment "Le Palme" stands in the left wing of the villa. It has private outdoor spaces (large covered patio, side garden, panoramic roof terrace, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, masonry barbecue). Le Palme is comfortably furnished with handmade wooden furniture and some antiques. The kitchen with sea-view window is equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, small blender. The washing machine and the iron and board are in the garage. The property has a wireless Internet connection , a TV and a DVD/CD player. A DVD library , also for children, books and guides are at the guest’s disposal. The bathroom with shower enclosure is between the two comfortable bedrooms. All doors and windows have wooden shutters (and mosquito nets) that, together with the villa very thick stone walls and the ceiling fans, ensure coolness and let you enjoy the scent of the sea breeze and of the aromatic plants of the Mediterranean bush. Air conditioning is also available. Try the delicious taste of season fruit, and enjoy cooking or barbecuing seasoning with the herbs of the garden. The stone-paved patio right outside the sitting-room is fantastic for al-fresco dining or for just relaxing looking at the olive grove and at the charming seascape. You’ll love the outdoor shower next to the patio and the roof-terrace, perfect for an evening drink, enjoying the marvellous view of the sea. Guest access The whole self-catering apartment "Le Palme" is at the guests' disposal. It has large private outdoor spaces, like the covered patio with garden furniture, a side garden and the panoramic roof terrace, besides the extensive grounds of villa. The villa has a very large, mature garden which includes a pine wood and an olive grove, fruit and citrus trees, palms and oleanders, herbs and flowers. Other things to note Before arrival, we will send the guests a file of information on the villa and the garden, one on the territory (beaches and beach clubs, restaurants, shops, places worth a visit etc), the contact data for the arrival, the directions to the villa and the Internet access codes.
