An elevator runs from the parking level to the front door. Out back: a private dock, boat launch and fish-cleaning station for kayaks, crabbing and small boats. Up to two dogs stay free, with no size or breed limit. Bedrooms King in the main bedroom (with a desk), queen in the second, two twin XL beds in the third. Two full baths, one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub. 1,314 sq ft. Kitchen and laundry Full kitchen with dishwasher and enough pots for a group dinner. Washer and dryer in the unit. On the water The balcony faces east over the sound, so the sun comes up over the water. The dock and boat launch are for guests, and the sound is calm, shallow water, not surf, so kids and dogs can swim. For dogs Up to two, no pet fee, no size or breed limit. Bowls, a waterproof entry mat, easy-clean floors and a large crate are already here. Getting in Smart-lock self check-in, free parking, and an elevator from the parking level to the covered deck at the door. Check-in and check-out are both at noon. Four-night minimum. Drive times Kitty Hawk beach accesses about 25 minutes, Kill Devil Hills about 30, Duck about 35, Nags Head about 40, Corolla about an hour. Summer weekend traffic on US-158 adds time. What you trade You can't walk to the ocean, and most restaurants are in Kitty Hawk, Duck or Manteo. A grocery store is just up the road. Guest access Guests have the whole condo: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room and the balcony. Guests can also use the dock, boat launch and fish-cleaning station.
