When you book this retreat, you get unlimited comfort and access to unique amenities, which include a sparkling private outdoor pool and an attached hot tub located in an enclosed setting. This delightful escapade offers two living spaces plus a game room with more lounge seating. One of the living areas boasts comfortable sofas throughout and a large TV, while the second living area offers impeccable nature views from floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and a beautiful open area where you and your loved ones can hang out and plan your next adventures. The game room has a pool table, a fold-out sofa, two arcade machines, several board games, and a seating area with a TV. The spacious kitchen is a chef's delight with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances throughout and endless counter space to work on. Additional amenities include a firepit, a gas grill, an on-site washer/dryer, four kayaks, and a community basketball court. THINGS TO KNOW Please note the pool is not heated. The hot tub is heated and accessible year-round. Lake Hamilton water is drawn down the first week of November and then refilled the first week of March. The boat dock is open based on water level. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Security camera details: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, we have external security cameras. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
