Centrally located in the beautiful Black Hills, SD near Lead & Deadwood. This home includes 5 bedrooms (7 beds & pull out) 3 1/2 bath, Living, Family, Game Room, Loft, Decks & Fire Pit. Ski, hike, ride ATV and snowmobile, trails minutes away. Lots of parking. Located in the beautiful Powderhouse Pass development. You have access to the Community Building (pool table, shuffle board, fire pits, splash pad and two pools, one year round) for your enjoyment. Relaxation and adventure awaits you! The space The main level is an open concept space. It has an attached 3 car heated garage. Lots of parking! The kitchen has an island that seats 5-6. There is a dining table that seats 10. The living area has a fireplace and big screen TV. The deck, fire pit, and grill can be accessed through a sliding door. In addition to a laundry room and half bath, there is the primary bedroom, attached bathroom, walk-in closet, and a sliding door to the deck. The daytime view of the wooded area, and the moon at night are lovely. All bedrooms have a king size bed and a TV. The upper level includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, linen closet and a nice size loft with comfortable davo-bed, seating, desk and chair. There is space for two continuous air flow mattresses that are in the linen closet if more beds are needed. Enjoy the sunrise on the deck off of the loft. The lower level has a Game Room that includes a pool table, ping pong, darts, football, shuffle board, air hockey, and a multi-game table top video game including PAC Man, Dig Dug, and many others. The Family Room is next to the Game Room. It consists of a comfortable seating area with a big screen TV, a wet bar, and second refrigerator. On this lower level is a second laundry room, bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has access to a patio and the other has a twin/twin bunkbed. Outside the family room is a patio with a hot tub. Books, games, and toys can be found on this level. Guest access Guests will not share any part of the home. The Community Building is the only shared space. You will be provided with a fob to enter it. There is a $50 replacement fee. Other things to note We have a printed "Welcome to Kickback Shack" booklet with helpful details to make your stay more pleasant. Please use it to help you with find where things are stored in the home, places close by to visit, local menues, as well as check-in and check-out procedures. There is also a Guest Book where you can leave a message or memory of your visit. There is a wooden basket filled with tourist information. We hope we have provided everything you need to have a wonderful time and to feel right at home!
