Note. Children must be aged 5+. Sitting on 3 acres, this property once housed a 50-room guest house -Mountain Grand. Now remains a cottage which is rustic, cozy, and practical. Enjoy the tennis court, outdoor table tennis, trampoline, and fire pit. The bike trail, riverwalk, Alpine pub, golf course and Warburton village are walking distance. Great for a couple, or a family with up to 2 children. You'll have privacy, space, late afternoon check-out, and the nurture of beautiful mountain views. The space Two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with single bed/bunk bed for children. We get the sheets, pillowcases/towels professionally laundered. Two living rooms -one open plan with dining and sunroom. Both have TV's. The main living room has a Smart TV. The other TV only has Chromecast so you will need to cast from your own device. Bathroom with separate bath and shower, laundry/boot room. Kitchen. Guest access You will have access to the cottage, grounds, and carport. Other things to note The property has unfenced areas so children must be always supervised. The open shed and two additional uninhabitable buildings are not for use.
