Set on a private, flat half-acre section, the property offers a beautiful outlook across the river and plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and parking. Located right on the Lake Dunstan cycle trail — you can start or finish your ride right here! The space Recently renovated 1960's cottage with good sized open plan living area and two bedrooms making it best suited for one or two couples or a family of 4-5 people. A well appointed kitchen should cater to all your cooking needs. The master is a good size with one queen bed and large ensuite bathroom which contains the only shower in the cottage. The second bedroom is a tiny but well formed bunk room with a queen bed on the bottom. The single bunk above is not currently usable. There is a wardrobe for bag/clothing storage. A second bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine and dryer is adjacent to this bedroom. We have one rollaway single bed (best suited for young adults) that can be set up in the living area. Available on request. Guest access Guests will full access to the cottage and grounds. Other things to note The Church located on the property is unable to be accessed by guests. Please respect the church when using the grounds.
