Other things to note Winter Notice (October to March) Please note since we have guests from all around the world and differing climates, some guests want to have the gas heating on pretty much constantly and others not at all. It is for this reason that we have decided to make the gas units used an optional cost. This means that an image will be taken of the gas meter on the day you're arriving and they day you leave. By staying at our home you agree to paying the extra gas charge which is 26p per kWh. This seem to be the best and fairest way we can manage the gas costs so that our guests remain comfortable during their stay. You will be sent a payment request on the day you leave which should be paid within 24hrs. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Check-out is 11am, however if there is no-one checking in the next day, I'm happy to be flexible with that time. This MUST be arranged prior to check-out day as my cleaner will be there at 11am sharp otherwise. Also I know that many guests travel for business, so if there is anything you need to send in advance of your arrival, I am happy to accommodate that. Just drop me a message and I can arrange that for it to be waiting for you on your arrival.
