Newly built holiday home with walking distance to Inyadda and Manyana beach and Green Island. The space This home is a short four minute walk to Inyadda beach or a ten minute walk to Manyana beach. There is an abundance of bush walking tracks for those feeling inspired. There is also a tennis court, skate park, soccer field and basketball court but you need to bring your own equipment. Located in Manyana. The local convenience store and cafe at Bendalong offer takeaway, gas bottle refills, alcohol, petrol & limited grocery items and there is another Cafe - The Deli @ Cunjurong Point. The open plan lounge room is on the top level and has a slow combustion fire, Apple TV/smart TV and ceiling fan. There are two bedrooms located on this floor. All bed linen provided along with one towel per person, bath mats and hand towels, and tea towels. Bottom level has a second lounge with TV and one bedroom. Outdoor undercover area has table and chairs, lounge and gas BBQ. There are two bathrooms both have a shower and toilet with one having a stand alone bath.
