If you feel like having a nice family BBQ, there is a lovely outdoor area for entertaining. There is ample yard space for the children to play and enjoy themselves. There is also safe on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles. Located less than a 5 minute walk from the house, is the popular Reduit Beach, here you can enjoy some swimming, water sports and sunbathing. There is also the "Splash Island Waterpark" where the children can have hours of fun! Within a short 5 - 8 min walk, you would find 2 shopping malls, 2 big grocery stores, numerous bars and restaurants as well as a taxi stand, and public transport access.
