Be our guests! We like to think of Pinetop Nest in the Sugar Mountain area as our home away from home. We absolutely love to be there as a family and try to take care of our condo so you will enjoy it as much as we do. It may be not the ideal choice if you’re looking for something luxurious or fancy, or high-tech – it’s a mountain cabin in the woods. But if you want something cozy, welcoming, and heart-warming, our Pinetop Nest awaits you! The space You will love the Pinetop Nest because our comfortable 2 bedrooms, 1-bath end-unit. We are located at the top of the hill nestled in the trees in the most secluded area of Ski Country Condominiums, and it is the perfect spot for your next great all-season vacation! The unit has 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a couch, which pulls out to a full sleeper. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, full electric range, dishwasher, microwave, blender, waffle maker, dishes, cookware, and more. The wooden dining table can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. Unwind in the living area after the day's activities and kick your feet up in front of the gas fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. But let’s face it you're not really on your mountain vacation to watch TV :-) When staying at our Pinetop Nest you will truly enjoy a private quiet deck with a view of trees where you can relax with a glass of wine or morning coffee together with friends and family. Be sure to keep on the lookout for the many deer! Set close to Sugar Mountain Resort and Banner Elk, you'll be able to easily travel to shopping, dining, and all the local area attractions. Come in winter – the slopes right across the road are there for you! Come in summer and spend your days hiking or biking on one of the countless trails in the area. Visit great attractions like Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster and High Mountain Expeditions which offers activities like rafting, river tubing, and gem mining. See the magnificent Grandfather Mountain, the most photographed place in the area, is just a short drive from the condo. Come any time of the year and let us be your hosts! Guest access You will have access to the entire condo except for the 1 owner's closet Other things to note Please be respectful of the neighboring condos. No Pets - POA does not allow guests to bring pets No Bikes in our home No Smoking inside the property including e-cigarettes Unauthorized guest: $50 per guest (kids included), per night.
