Cozy Cottage in Florida Panhandle

Only 3 steps into this one level totally renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage. This beachy feel will help you sit back and relax. The 65 in TV has access to Prime & Netflix along with a DVD player & several movies. One small dog allowed. NO CATS. Your dog will need to put placed in your supplied kennel if you choose to leave your dog in the house. To keep the linens are covers in good condition, please do not allow your dog to sleep with you. Please bring a bed for your furry child. The space Newly renovated house in a quiet neighborhood. All furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens and LG washer and dryer are new. Two large bedrooms with ample closet space and shelves, plus benches for storage. Large deck and yard in the back The shed has a few beach supplies. The sofa is also a queen sleeper. Guest access The entire house is for the guests, One keypad code will be issued to the primary individual. The code will be used during the entire stay. Do not lock the door knob. There is a RING at the front door for your security. Other things to note I have furnished this house to accommodate myself and my family when we get the opportunity to go for a stay. I do hope you find all the comforts of your home while you are away. You will find games for ages 5&up. My three grandsons approve of these games. They enjoy sitting with family and having fun. I have added a fire pit so you can enjoy other aspects if weather allows. The backyard is open and quiet. One small dog (40 lbs or less) is permitted with a $20 per night additional fee. Bring your own kennel for your furry child to stay in if you choose to leave him at the house. Your dog must be on a leash the entire time on the property. The owner is responsible for picking the poop in the yard and hopefully none every happens inside the house.
