Bayside condo on the beach in Sandbridge

Welcome to Bayview Beauty, a luxury condo located in beautiful Sandbridge beach at the resort complex, the Sanctuary at False Cape. There are 3 onsite pools, 2 gyms, Viking grills in the courtyard, and an on-site restaurant. The resort is located right on the beach, so no roads to cross to get to the ocean and our spectacular beach. Our condo is bayside, with beautiful water views of the protected waters of the Back Bay. Enjoy summer breezes and stunning sunsets from a private balcony. The space In Bayview Beauty, which is on the 3rd floor, you will have stunning views over the Back Bay. The open concept main living area is airy and spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy TV and movie time, after a day on the beach, on the 55” Smart TV. Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, and Netflix are complimentary, and you can stream all your favorite shows on your home account thru secure Contour apps. Perhaps you will want to just relax and enjoy one of our gorgeous sunsets from the private balcony. The kitchen is well stocked, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, ready for you to create tasty dinners. There are also Viking grills and tables in the courtyard area by the pool to enjoy delicious family style picnics. The well decorated bedrooms each have high speed Wi-Fi and TV, and the main bedroom has an en-suite, private bathroom, in addition to a walk in closet. The second bedroom, which has a twin over double bunk bed (with a pullout twin trundle) has its bathroom right around the corner. The layout of the condo allows for lots of space to spend time together, while affording plenty of privacy, comfort, and quiet at night. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo, and a storage locker full of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys is available for you to enjoy, as well as a beach cart to transport your beach goodies around the facility. There is also a large, Coleman cooler on wheels available to take to the beach, in the utility/laundry room. Washer and dryer are in the unit so you can easily wash up beachwear after a day of fun in the sun. Your assigned parking space is very near elevator 4 for easy, convenient access. You also have access to two well equipped gyms (one in the A building and one in the B building) and three pools in the complex. The cabana pool has a swim up bar in the summer season! Other things to note This condo is owned and operated by a local couple, and we strive to make your vacation easy and enjoyable. We greet our guests in the B building lobby when you arrive, so no long lines or hassles as you pick up keys and parking pass, and we have a cart to carry your luggage and any groceries during your stay. It is our pleasure to host you and share our gorgeous beach locale! Some things to note: This condo is available for 3 night stays (or more) January--end of May, and late August—December. It is available for 7 night stays (Saturday to Saturday only) June, July, and until the last week of August. No pets are allowed at the condo complex for guests. There is no smoking allowed, except in designated garage areas. The pools are open from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September. The Sanctuary does maintenance from October to April, and guests will be notified if there will be any impacts on their stay. Please make sure to display your parking pass on the dash of your car at all times to avoid being towed!
