Please remove your shoes on the property to prevent tracked in mud. This is prevalent in the Pacific Northwest. Parking: Driveway is extra wide and is able to accommodate parking for 3 vehicles under 20 feet.   No parking in front of house on the street, as this is a private driveway/street that services 3 homes.   Additional parking on road that accesses private driveway… approximately 100 feet away.  Please abide by street parking signs for additional vehicles. The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property.
