The resort-style pool accompanied by relaxation in the outdoor Hot Tub offers endless fun. The space There is an Open Plan Kitchen and Dining area which overlooks Valley Views, with plenty of fresh air & natural light cascading into the indoors. The lounge room is spacious and comfortable to relax in, with a TV when you feel like winding down. A large games room is also a feature space, where there there is a billiard table for a round of pool and additional lounge areas for relaxation and conversation. An extra large covered outdoor deck with Valley Views makes an ideal location to enjoy BBQ’s and bask in outdoor relaxation whilst witnessing kangaroo wallabies, wombats and kookaburras roam around the property as the sun goes down. The house is equipped with an indoor fireplace (winter use only), WI-FI, aircon/heating. A large laundry is also complete with a Washing Machine/Dryer. There is ample space for potentially two, three or more families to stay together. All linen including Bath Towels are provided for guest use. In addition & seperate to any bookings made for The House, Mandalong Country Estate has several auxiliary spaces, areas and features about the property to be able to be a location where you can not only stay, but choose one of our beautiful purpose built locations for stunning scenery and photography locations, ideal for a variety of special occasions & celebrations, such as family reunions, health & fitness/yoga group getaways/corporate holidays etc. **Any bookings for other than the purpose of accommodation for 17 guests at the house must be approved in writing from the host **Strictly No Parties Guest access This is a 6 bedroom home offering bedding up to 17 guests. The 7th bedroom is the upstairs loft area. Bedroom 1 - King split with TV and ensuite Bedroom 2 - King split Bedroom 3 - King split Bedroom 4 - King split Bedroom 5 - King split Bedroom 6 - King split Bedroom 7/Loft - 5 x singles *All Beds in 6 bedrooms will be made up as King Beds unless otherwise requested that the beds be split into King Singles. Bedroom 7 will be made standard as 5 x King Singles (unless otherwise requested). *Bookings through this Platform are for The House only, along with adjacent carport area. Exclusive spaces with The House include The Deck area on the house, the pool, hot tub and grassed areas on the same side of the house as the pool. Seperate auxiliary spaces for celebrations about the property are not included with bookings through this platform and must involve a conversation with owner first in order to use the auxiliary spaces and areas. Auxiliary Spaces are not permitted to be used without prior written approval & arrangement from owner. 24hr CCTV monitors all Auxiliary Spaces & Areas *There may at times be either a tenant or a caretaker in seperate space on property. This will have no impact on guests staying in the house. Other things to note **PLEASE NOTE; All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. This property is situated in a Quiet Residential Neighbourhood. As such, we have a very strict NO PARTIES rule. The Neighbours WILL report loud & unruly behaviour to the police. If it is your intention to have a drunken party, this property is not the place to book. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy and may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. Thankyou for your co-operation with this matter. Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved in writing. We are not un-reasonable people, so any reasonable requests usually won’t be refused, however permission must be given.
