There is an upstairs games room with table tennis table and pavillion in the garden housing a double shower, wc and barbeque area. Bed linen included in the rental cost, please bring your own towels. Outside - Trewestcot has large mature gardens to the front and rear. Separate pavilion with double shower, wc and barbecue. Parking - ample parking on gravelled drive. The property is approached over a gravel drive with level gravel paths to the front verandah of the property, where there is a step up onto the verandah and a second larger step up into the porch of the property. Once inside there is level access to all rooms apart from the games room on the first floor which is up a turning staircase This property includes linen but please bring your own towels.
