Close to popular walking/jogging trails and within walking distance to the convenience store, this home is the definition of "conveniently located" in a close-knit neighborhood with law enforcement, families, and older couples as neighbors. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, gym (adults only), driveway parking, Wifi, and Dish Network. There is no garage parking since the garage is used for the gym. Other things to note - Extra guest fee (After 2 guests, $20 per person, per night) - Pet fee ($100 per pet, nonrefundable) - There are NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO DRUGS allowed. - Guests may enjoy the full private gym at their own risk, but children are not allowed in the gym. - Lawn Maintenance is 2x a week.
