You will be surrounded by nature with the Moresby Ranges offering spectacular views, only a short drive to the ocean and Dolby Creek reserve at the back gate for afternoon or morning walks. House is set on the back of the block with the owners residing in the front home, both properties ideally situated maintaining privacy. Plenty of open space to sit and relax under established trees on our lush lawn areas, while reading a book or watching the kids play on the kids playground or basketball area.
