It is located on a quiet street, in a neighborhood with all the amenities. The center is about a 10-minute walk and the beach is 20 minutes away. It's a perfect place for a group of friends or families. The house is well equipped with all the amenities for short or long stays. The space The central room of the house is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen/dining room. The house has three double bedrooms and a separate living room with a sofa bed. In front of the house there is a porch with an outdoor dining area and a 40-meter terrace with sun loungers. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment and have exclusive access to all outdoor spaces: porch, terrace, and backyard. The house has a totally independent second floor that may be inhabited. It's my vacation residence. Other things to note Villa with the charm of old houses: high ceilings, double doors, spacious rooms... but totally renovated and with all the amenities. Very quiet street in an authentic neighborhood where the neighbors are locals and not just tourists.
