With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one on each level), it’s the perfect setup for 2 couples or families with kids — sleeping up to 8 guests. Enjoy a private dock just steps away for swimming or boating, plus a large firepit area, grill, foosball table, and plenty of games. Bright interiors, bold décor, and thoughtful design make this Lake of Egypt getaway both hip and comfortable. The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: • 1 Queen bedroom Lower Level • 1 Queen Upper Level • 1 Daybed (twin & twin) in Upper Level Living Room • 1 Modular couch that can convert to queen size on Lower Level Living Room AMENITY HIGHLIGHTS: • Located in a no-wake zone, off of the main channel • Small private dock for boat tie-off and swimming • Lake views from living room, kitchen, dining room, the deck, patio, and private dock. • Grill and firepit provided • Complimentary WiFi • Personal Recommendations of things to do and places to go Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking. Access to the property is only provided after the renter's agreement is signed. Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. If guest are caught with a pet, guests may be subject to an immediate cancellation without refund. If evidence is found after your stay, there will be a $150 penalty for rule violation. Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels. Guests not staying overnight are welcomed. Loud, disruptive parties are not. BYO Beach Towels. We provide bath towels BYO Life Vests HIGHLY encouraged to ensure proper size. Firewood is available for purchase. The dock is located between 2 other rentals. You must walk between these two properties to access the dock. All 3 rentals are owned by the same person and managed by Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals.
