The spacious pool has 6 lounge chairs, 2 tables with umbrellas & seating for 12, space for games like corn hole, mega jenga, etc. It's an easy 13 min walk or 3 min bike ride to the beach. Escape from the sun or rain in the game room w/ ping pong, air hockey, foosball & more. At night, relax in the hot tub or by the 2 gas fire pits. Plus, 2 screened in porches for eating & lounging. The space Pool open Memorial Day through September. Hot tub open year round! Guest access All areas on property are accessible to guests. Except the pool house and small 1 car garage. Other things to note The heated and air conditioned family game room is a must see. *Pool is open and heated Memorial Day through Labor Day, please inquire about dates outside this period as it can sometimes be kept open.
