Up the stairs, to the second level, you will find 4 bedrooms and a central living area. The first 2 master suites have king-size beds with private baths and the other two bedrooms share a bath with a queen in one room and 2 sets of twin bunks in the other. The bunk room is set up in true kid fashion with a sofa for playing games or watching movies. There is a spacious beachfront deck off of this level with a cocktail table that seats 8. Up the stairs to the third floor, you will find a spacious open living/ kitchen area. Take in amazing views with floor-to-ceiling windows. The grand beachfront patio is appointed with a dining table that seats 8 and is the perfect place to enjoy the waves crashing on the sand. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and snacks from spacious countertops, high-end appliances, drip coffee maker, spices, pots, pans and utensils. The dining table seats 10 and there is additional seating for 6 at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath to serve this level.
