Situated on a large grassy private section and only a 2 minute walk to the nearest Papamoa Beach access, and close to shops you'll have plenty of options to keep the kids and yourselves entertained whilst also being able to relax. This spacious, sunny single level home sleeps up to 8 eight comfortably, perfect for two families or a group of friends holidaying together. The space The house has a large lounge, dining and kitchen area that leads to a covered deck with BBQ, perfect for spending summer days and evenings outside no matter the weather. The property is fully fenced with high latched gates to keep the kiddies safe. The bedrooms have the following configurations: - Master Wing - Queen bed with newly renovated en-suite, walk in robe, and its own deck out to the garden area. - 2nd Room - Queen bed with walk in robe and own outdoor access - 3rd Room -Double/single bunk and own outdoor access - An additional single mattress is available to use in one of the rooms if needed. The house has multiple bathrooms making it the ultimate for families or groups wanting to share the space. - 1 x master en-suite, 1x bathroom with shower and separate toilet, 1x bathroom with bath and toilet. Other things to note This house is adjoined to a separately accessed and fenced off dwelling that is rented through Air BNB. We have a lawnmower man who comes to do the lawns fortnightly. From time to time he will need to do them while a guest is in. He is very quick and discrete. Please note, person booking and staying must be over 25 years old No parties or events. Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
