The area has a gate that closes at 8:00 pm every day; visitors will need a code for access. There is a bus stop at 0.7 miles where you can take busses to the theme parks (but you need to make at least 1 other bus connection, and it will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to the parks). You can also order Uber, Lyft, or other taxi services to get around. POOL HEAT (*optional): -Pool Heat $50 per day (tax included) The pool heater is only available for the entire stay and reservations of 3 days or more. It is automatically set to 95 degrees and runs for 24 hours. Depending on the weather conditions, the pool might take several hours to reach the desired temperature. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours before check-in. SUPPLIES Every guest will be provided with a starter pack of toiletries and supplies. Guests are expected to purchase anything beyond what was provided in the starter pack. Starter Pack: -Each Full Bathroom includes: bottle of shampoo(1), conditioner(1), and soap(1). - 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen - 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom - olive oil, white vinegar, sugar packets, salt, and pepper. - liquid soap for dishes - 2 laundry pods - 2 dishwasher pods We also provide pool towels, bed linens, and cotton towels for each reservation. PARKING ( 3 CAR LIMIT) -Vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Vehicles parked in the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass are at risk of being towed at your own expense. -No parking in front of other properties driveways or next to fire hydrant. -Please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers, and boats cannot be parked within the Community. These vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. They will not enter the home during your stay, only access the patio.
