Located just two blocks from Main Street and just under a mile from the center of downtown Fredericksburg, Silver House is a precious home that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Being a Dog Trot style home, your kitchen, living, and dining areas all reside on one side of an open air porch while the bedrooms and bathrooms reside on the opposite side. This unique arrangements allows for year round covered outdoor seating and a useful separation between living and sleeping areas. The space LOCATION – 2 blocks south of Main Street in the Historic District HOSTS – Home to Yourselves SLEEPS – Up to 4 people; one king bedroom & one queen bedroom BATH – 2 full baths; a bath with a tub/shower combo & a bath with a walk-in shower KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided AMENITIES – TV in the living room & in each bedroom, WiFi, outdoor seating INFANTS - NO CHILDREN - YES SMOKING - NO PETS - NO WIFI - YES  Please note that this is a Dog Trot Style home. This means there is an open, outdoor walk way between the living room & the bedrooms. You would walk out onto the walkway to get to each room. The bathrooms are inside and connected to each bedroom. House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance - Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm. - The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light. - Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces. - Place all trash in designated containers.
