The space The master bedroom contains a king bed with new memory foam mattress decorations from local antique windmills a desk extra seating and a private bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with a new memory foam mattress desk corner seating and a shared bathroom in the hallway. The living room features a plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. There is also a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix access pre-installed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. There are plenty of cooking utensils spices and cooking spray in case you want to have a home-cooked meal. In addition, there is a functioning propane grill in the backyard for anyone wanting to cook there as well. If you use the grill, please make sure to turn it off and clean it up. The dining room is located between the kitchen and living area and features a large table for meals or games and the benches have been crafted out of re-purposed bowling alley lanes. The backyard has a 7-foot fence plenty of grass a covered patio/carport to enjoy the West Texas sunsets and a fenced-in dog run for those needing a place to leave their animals during their stay. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles with the gate open and there is always free parking available on the street. If you plan on bringing a pet, please message us letting us know in your booking. We allow 2 pets and ask that all waste is picked up and that they are kept off of all bedding and linens. You will be responsible for any additional fees for accidents or damage they may cause. The home is also equipped with a full exterior camera system that can be accessed by the owners at any point if needed. There are NO cameras inside the house. The cameras are only outside and to protect guests. All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the hallway closet.
