Featuring 2 side-by-side homes with a total of 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. In addition to 2 full kitchens & on-site laundry, the homes offer many custom touches and décor that will make your stay very memorable. There is a large game room in the main house with 3 arcade games, darts, foosball and air hockey. 2 fire pits and bbq areas as well as Horseshoe Pit. The space 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. Both homes have a kitchen and both homes have laundry rooms. The main home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, & the stone guesthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When renting both homes, the pool is entirely private to your group only. The guest house does feature a spiral staircase that leads up to the loft bedroom and bathroom. The stairs are steep and are not safely accessible for handicapped, elderly, or young children. We do keep a stair gate in the downstairs closet. Guest access Guests are welcome to the entirety of the property, the pool area, and yard. When booking both homes the property will be exclusive to your group only and entirely private. The entrance to the property is through a front driveway gate and there is plenty of parking space directly in front of the homes in the circle drive and driveway. The entry door features an electronic keypad and you will receive a personalized code along with your check-in instructions. POOL IS SEASONAL ***It does get cold in the fall and winter so please keep the weather in mind in those seasons.
