Country Farmhouse on 110 acres - Catskill Mtns

Perfect for a large group gathering, whether it be a reunion or getaway with friends or family, this former boarding house/farmhouse offers eight bedrooms and three full baths, easily accommodating everyone. Located on 110+ private acres, you can hike, fish, kayak, birdwatch, and play yard games during your stay. Located in the northern Catskill Mountains, we are just 40 minutes from Albany, 25 minutes from Windham ski resort, 35 minutes from Hudson and 2.5 hours from NYC or Boston. The space This is a large 24 room house that was originally operated as a boarding house in the 1940's. It's on 110 acres of both wooded and open fields. Large eat in kitchen is well stocked and is a great place to have group dinners after spending your day doing your favorite winter/summer activity. House is equipped with wifi/internet provided by Starlink. House has many quiet rooms/sitting areas for group use or quiet time away from the crowd. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and five on the second floor. All bedrooms have either a queen or full size bed. One bedroom has twin beds. Across the street is our Barn/Event space/wedding venue (Bluebird Farm Weddings). Please ask about our separate regulations and pricing for access to this space for your event or wedding. Guest access Our guests will pretty much have the run of the house. Other things to note The Rensselaerville falls is a 10 minute drive from the house. It is a "must do" if you are visiting....no matter what time of year you stay with us.
