Our home is located on quiet, safe Talahi Island, and the perfect location between the exciting Tybee Island & Downtown Sav, only 7 miles either way (approx. 10-15 minute drive). With a short drive, there are stores, restaurants as well as a neighborhood suited for bike rides & quiet strolls. We DO NOT allow anyone who resides within 45 miles of Savannah to reserve our place. As of June 17th, 2026 this listing will no longer have a hot tub. The space Our home is halfway between charming Historic Downtown Savannah and the fun beaches of Tybee Island, about 7 miles either way. Nearby, you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants for your convenience, however, none of which are within walking distance. On our tranquil neighborhood island, you can ride your bike or go on a stroll safely and secure, away from major traffic interference. The house has a large front yard on a quiet street, so there is plenty of space for parking in the driveway. Your assigned parking space(s) are only in the driveway. And before you arrive, we will send you instructions on how to get into the house. Pets and Children: on this listing, we are not allowing any pets. The house is not child proof, so make provisions if you plan on bringing a child or children. This is a two-story home, and therefore, it has stairs, and it’s not handicap accessible. You must be able to do stairs to get to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There’s an additional bathroom downstairs, along with a third bedroom. Also downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, and living room. There's a large grassy back yard, which is partially fenced in, so you can enjoy your quiet time. However, please note that there is a Modern Day Yellow Door Carriage House on the back of the property, and so there will be other Airbnb guests coming in and out of the backyard. That part of the backyard is a shared space. Video surveillance in use: We have video surveillance outside the property. It records the entire time of your stay. We have them because some guests try to bring more people there than what is on reservation. As a reminder, this is a non-smoking home. This also includes vapors, e-cigs., marijuana, and the like. If you smoke or vape in the house, additional cleaning fees will apply. Please be sure to accurately add the number of guests staying prior to booking. We don’t allow guests to bring guests or visitors, regardless if they stay the night. Please note that we only accept bookings from guests residing beyond a 45 mile radius from the property.
