The garage and mechanical closets are locked. The house is equipped with a keyless entry smart door lock and security camera outside the front entrance. Other things to note Minimum Age to rent is 23 years old. While this house is in the heart of downtown Mystic, it is on a street with close neighbors. Please be respectful of our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours beginning at 10pm. Many local bars are close by. Please support them and at the end of your night, you’ll have an easy walk back to the house. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house. If you smoke or vape outside, please make sure windows & doors are shut and you are far enough from the house. You will be charged additional cleaning fees if the odor travels inside the house. No more than 10 people on property at any point in time.
