Our space welcomes you into an open layout living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom space of luxurious comfort. The outdoors boasts of a tropical charm with its palm-laden swimming pool, hot tub, wood-burning BBQ, manicured backyard, and a sunlit wooden deck. The gorgeous Whiskeytown lake is a quick 10-minute drive from home. You'll have the entire place to yourself The space Step into our spacious open quarters, designed with midcentury furnishings and colorful accents of intimate elegance. Our formal seating area offers an eclectic yet contemporary farmhouse feel through its comfortable seating and warm tones. You can enjoy the view of the gorgeous sunlit deck from this space. Gather with your friends and family around our large wooden dining table that can welcome a hearty meal for a group of 6-8 people with ease. Our private breakfast nook could do the same for 2! The Living room further extends into an intimate lounge seating, with a flatscreen TV and a cozy reading space designed specifically for a personal yet restful vibe. We have a fully stocked kitchen with modern amenities, essential utensils, a keurig coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher & trash compactor. We have elegant glassware for indoor use and reusable plastic glasses for outdoor use. (best to avoid glass by the pool/hot tub area). Our spacious master bedroom with its King size bed offers a crisp contemporary feel and has an attached bathroom. The adjoining room invites you to sleep into a queen-size bed. The third bedroom boasts of twin modules, two single beds for individual comfort. The latter two rooms come with a common bathroom featuring dual vanity sinks and luxurious bath essentials. Additionally, you could also enjoy the privacy of a powder room by the Kitchen. Pull back further into our sunlit deck, curated with colorful outdoor seating and a master umbrella, perched open for your comfort. Multiple lounging options by the pool could be a perfect invite to extend your siesta or relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the area. We also have a wood/coal burning BBQ, a covered outdoor dining area, to host 6-8 people. The backyard also opens up to a sprawling lawn that boasts of colorful Orange, Apple, Peach and Fig trees. We have an EV charger in the garage if you want to charge your car overnight. We also have a couple of bikes (small size) which you are most welcome to use to explore Redding. Other things to note Liability Waiver for Pool/Pool maintenance comes weekly. You understand that swimming in the pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with it. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and pool use may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Additionally, you understand the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming in the pool. Have fun, but be safe.
