The apartment in a beautiful old single-family house has been extensively renovated and furnished as a vacation apartment. It is located on the ground floor of a quiet and central street in the Kürenz district and is fully equipped. The space In the kitchen area there is a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with hood, sink, dishwasher, pots, pan, cutlery, dishes, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc. In the cozy living room there is a large sofa bed, a comfortable armchair, a living room table and a TV. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, sink and toilet. Towels and linen provided. The place is new and tastefully decorated. Modern new old building charm with brightly painted, friendly colors. We are a dog-friendly house, so a dog is also welcome. Guest access The whole apartment on the ground floor is at your disposal. You can reach the hallway leading to the apartment via 2 steps. Access to the garden is also possible via this hallway. Other things to note Later check-out or earlier check-in is possible depending on availability for a small surcharge.
