Then you will surely feel comfortable in our lovingly and sustainably renovated vacation home. Surrounded by extensive pine forests and fish ponds, the crowing of the rooster still characterizes the daily routine, the arrival and departure of the migratory birds throughout the year. An ideal location to take a break and recharge. The space A cozy holiday home awaits you, which can accommodate up to 12 guests on three floors and around 170 m² of living space. Interior equipment includes a large and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a spacious kitchen-living room upstairs, which can also be used for smaller seminars, five bedrooms (incl. Mattress storage in the pointed floor), a fireplace room, two new bathrooms with underfloor heating, shower and toilet as well as a separate guest toilet. Optionally, a private solid wood sauna with three loungers is also available to our guests (use for a fee of 50 EUR per 3 hours incl. Use of sauna towels). We attach great importance to sustainability in the cottage business. The house is supplied with 100% green electricity, which is partly generated with its own PV system. An in-house 11 kW charging station allows environmentally friendly charging of electric vehicles directly on the property with accurate electricity billing (50 cents per kWh). The heating and hot water supply is via an environmentally friendly brine-water heat pump. All sewage is cleaned directly on site by a fully biological small sewage treatment plant and returned to the water cycle. Wooden floorboards, tile floors, and wallpaper-free, mineral plastered walls in almost all rooms ensure a pleasant indoor climate. In terms of construction and equipment, we have emphasized the utmost possible conservation / restoration and reuse of existing ones. Linen and towels are made for the most part from organic cotton. Adjacent to the house is a narrow, but more than 160 m long garden property, which is available to our guests for shared use. The garden is characterized by many fruit trees and bushes (especially cherries, plums, apples, mirabelles, peaches, raspberries, currants, blackberries and walnuts) and almost always delivers a few fruits at cost in the summer half year. It ends a few meters before the horse paddock, which joins south. The surrounding area offers opportunities for forest walks and bike rides, mushroom collection and bird watching, as well as excursions to castles and parks. On a donation basis, we can provide our guests with five simple adult bicycles as well as various children's bikes to use. The outdoor swimming pool Ortrand (7 km) and Lake Senftenberg, 18 km invite you to bathe. Some other excursion destinations are the Lusatian Lake District, the visitor mine F60 in Lichterfelde or the Krabat Mill in Schwarzkollm (30 km each), Dresden (50 km) or the Spreewald (60 km).
