Room two has a double bed with a hanging rail and storage drawers, as well as a toilet ensuite. Room three contains two single beds and a chest of drawers. The main bathroom contains a large separate bath, walk in shower, and toilet. The kitchen is modern and equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, new appliances, and all your general kitchen and cooking needs. Dining and living areas are combined, with bench seating at the kitchen island bar as well as a 6 seat outdoor setting on the back patio for sharing meals. The studio is set up in ‘bar’ style with a couch and beanbag, and has a number of board / card games to choose from in the desk drawers. The back garden is fully fenced and fitted out for children to play safely. Front garden includes a small trampoline and slide. Guest access Guests have sole access to the whole property, including studio, back and front yard, and shed.
