The space This elegant apartment, just renovated, is located in the heart of Noventa di Piave, located on the first floor of a beautiful private building. It is located in a residential area full of restaurants, bars, markets, tobacconists and pharmacies. A few steps away is the bus stop, which makes it the ideal base for moving comfortably around Venice without using the car. It consists of a living area, where we find a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a Smart TV, a new and functional kitchen equipped with stove with induction plate a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, complete set of utensils and a table dining area with comfortable chairs. The bedroom has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, perfect for a quality rest after a busy day of work or visiting tourist areas; it has a large wardrobe where you can comfortably store all your personal belongings. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and Welcome-Kit with shampoo, soap and body lotion. There is a second complete bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washer-dryer. The apartment is air-conditioned with heating and air conditioning and has free and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home. It is equipped with quality sheets and towels and has a washer-dryer. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of four people and is the ideal solution for spending a pleasant stay in Noventa di Piave, both for business and pleasure. We provide, upon request and free of charge, a camping cot with a mattress cover for a baby and a high chair for lunch (remember to notify us in advance). The train station is just a 10-minute drive away in San Donà di Piave. The bus stop for Venice is right under the house. The McArthur Glen Outlet is a 10-minute walk away. Jesolo is only 25 minutes away by car. Cleanliness and hygiene are fundamental elements for us and we will do everything possible to guarantee them. If you love cycling, you can take advantage of the beautiful cycle paths along the Piave river just a few meters from the house. You will have no problem finding free parking near the apartment. There are several free parking lots near the apartment and a floodplain area with video surveillance where you can park easily. Guest access Our guests will have exclusive and private access to the whole apartment, which includes: fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven and many kitchen utensils, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, washer dryer, dining area, living area with sofa, bedroom with large double bed and wardrobe, small terrace. Shared access with another apartment to a lovely garden with table and two chairs. Other things to note We try to do everything possible to give you the opportunity to rest in the best possible way, making you feel at home in a modern, functional and above all clean environment. We will provide: - 1 S - 1 M - 1 L TOWEL for each guest - Sheets, pillowcases, duvet and/or blankets - 1 COFFEE POD free for each guest, tea bags and herbal teas. -Hand soap and shower gel - 2 rolls of toilet paper We do not provide: - Any food or drink - Cleaning service during the stay - Change of sheets during the stay Upon check-in, all guests will be required to register an identity document and the balance of the tourist tax. The tourist tax is not included in the final price; - it is mandatory for all non-resident guests in the municipality of Noventa di Piave. Currently the daily rate required by the Municipality of Noventa di Piave corresponds to 1 euro per person per night for tourist locations.
