You'll love relaxing while watching the 50" TV. The space This elegant apartment, newly renovated, is located in the heart of Noventa di Piave, on the first floor of a beautiful private building. It is located in a residential area full of restaurants, bars, markets, tobacconists and a pharmacy. The bus stop is just a few steps away, making it the ideal base for getting around Venice comfortably without using a car. It consists of a living area, in which we find a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, a Smart TV, a new and functional kitchen equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, complete set of utensils and dining table with comfortable chairs. The bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress, perfect for a quality rest after a busy day of work or visiting the tourist areas; it has a spacious closet where you can comfortably store all your personal belongings. The main bathroom has a shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer. There is a second full bathroom consisting of a shower cabin, sink, toilet, and washer-dryer. The apartment is air conditioned with heating and air conditioning and has free and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home. It is equipped with quality sheets and towels and has a washer-dryer. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of four people and is the ideal solution for a pleasant stay in Noventa di Piave, both for work and vacation. We provide, upon request and free of charge, a travel cot with mattress cover sheet for baby and high chair for lunch (remember to let us know in time). The train station is just a 10-minute drive to San Donà di Piave. The bus stop for Venice is right below the house. Mc Arthur Glen Outlet is a 10-minute walk. Jesolo is a 25-minute drive. Cleanliness and hygiene are fundamental elements for us and we will do everything we can to guarantee them. If you love cycling, you can take advantage of the beautiful bike paths along the Piave River just a few meters from the house. You will have no problem finding free parking near the apartment. There are several free parking lots near the apartment and a video-monitored floodplain area where you can park easily. Guest access Our guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment, which includes: fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, induction stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and many kitchen utensils, two bathrooms with shower equipped with hairdryer, washer-dryer, dining area, living area with sofa bed, bedroom with large double bed and wardrobe. Shared access with another apartment to a lovely garden with a small table and chairs. Other things to note We try to do everything possible to give you the opportunity to rest in the best possible way by making you feel at home in a modern, functional and above all clean environment.
