The space This cozy cottage has a private screened in porch and original hardwood floors with open site lines between the living/family room, dining area and kitchen. The hallway off the dining room leads to two large bedrooms each with a king-sized bed and a separate full bath. Off the kitchen is a private, dedicated office space with its own exterior access door. Guest access With the exception of the owner's closet, guests will have access to the entire house including the full, unfinished basement which includes a full-size laundry area and 1-car garage. Other things to note Ages 2 and Under: The house is equipped with the following baby necessities - Graco Pack 'N Play, a booster seat, bath seat and Baby Einstein free-standing activity center. Canton St is 4 blocks away and Roswell Area Park is a block and a half from the house. Sidewalks are accessible most everywhere within a 2+ mile radius. There are several paid parking lots as well as free on-street parking available as you get closer to Canton St and the Square. The typical rate is $1 per hour after the first 2 hours, or $16 per day. Uber & Lyft are also available.
