It is a newly renovated 1,053 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a lovely backyard patio setting, TVs in every room and best of all, it's in the heart of Navarre so close to the beach! This family-friendly Airbnb can accommodate infants, adults, and your furry friend. Enjoy water sports out in the gulf, a pontoon on Crab Island, and more. We look forward to hosting you! The space This gorgeously remodeled and furnished home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms has more to offer than meets the eye. The living room has been opened up for you to enjoy a more expansive kitchen and living room design. The entire kitchen has been redesigned with a beautiful backsplash, classic grey shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar! Bathrooms have been completely gutted and the entire house has modern gold fixtures and accents. The main hallway is where all three bedrooms are located, all on one side of the house. You'll feel right at home here! Guest access You’ll receive your personal check-in code one hour before your scheduled check-in time, as long as the rental agreement and check-in form have been completed beforehand. To avoid any delays, please be sure these steps are taken care of in advance. Other things to note All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance. We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is: - $85 for up to 2 pets The 2-lane driveway can accommodate 6 compact cars or 4 sedans and also your medium sized RV or Boat with trailer. A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25. For your safety, this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at: - At the Front Door - In the Backyard on the Porch There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property. To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance. Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 7 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear.
