The door off the kitchen holds the laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. Laundry pods, dishwashing pods, and dish detergent are provided. Just past the kitchen is the dining table, which comfortably seats 6. Four chairs are around the table; you can use the entryway bench to seat 6. Opposite that is a wet bar with a blender stored underneath. The living area follows and has a very comfortable couch and mid-century modern chair, a beautiful solid marble coffee table, and a 65” 4K FireTV. The private screened-in porch is off the living room and features wicker seating with cushions and a table with games and puzzles. Enjoy stunning views of the lagoon, mature plantings., and the sound. You will find all the beach supplies you need on the porch. The owner’s bedroom and en-suite bathroom are opposite the living area. The bedroom features a super comfortable king-size bed with 400-count cotton bedding, four pillows, and two large windows overlooking the garden. A 55” FireTV is wall-mounted, and both bedside tables have USB charging stations. A selection of charging cables is provided. Towels and beach towels are on hand, plus toiletries like Meyers hand soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and a three-pump dispenser in the shower for organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The owner’s bedroom boasts two huge windows that provide beautiful garden views. The guest room is most suitable for children and features two twin beds. All bedding is 400-count cotton. This room also has a comfortable chair, 55” FireTV, and a touch-activated wall light that is fun for kids. The guest bath also has towels and toiletries. The Spa is a gated community. We monitor the app and will respond quickly to messages. We live on the island and are available as needed. Beach City Road ends at the ocean and The Spa (where the condo is located) is tucked between Fish Haul Park and Historic Mitcheville Freedom Park. The result is a pristine beach that is seemingly untouched by human hands and a span of beachfront that can not be commercially developed. This raw, natural, aspect is what gives this part of the island it’s character and explains why this beach is a local favorite and often called the hidden gem of Hilton Head Island. The north side of Hilton Head is a bit more laid back and has great amenities nearby. Main Street Village is a short drive away with a Harris Teeter supermarket and many shops and restaurants and other shopping destinations on the other side of William Hilton Parkway (Starbucks, Paris Baguette, Gusto, etc.). Great local attractions are Mitcheville Freedom Park across the street, a cat sanctuary right up the street, Hilton Head Distillery, and the Hilton Head Brewing company. The neighborhood restaurant scene has been on a roll and recent additions like Paris Baguette and Jinya add to the existing greats like Okko, Gusto, and Frankie Bones. Take the Cross Island Parkway to get to Sea Pines and Coligny Beach quickly or go down William Hilton to get mid island for mini-golf and fireworks at Shelter Cove during the summer months. You will want a car for you stay. There is plenty of parking in the resort and you will almost always get a spot out front. Many people like to bike around the island and that’s our favorite way to get around as well. If you are renting bikes, we recommend arranging it in advance and having them delivered. Cross Island has been very helpful to us in the past (more information can be found in your check in email) and they will both deliver and pickup and they use your phone number as the lock code to make it easy to remember!
